Mmmm - Ranch Dressing


  For 3.5 cups

 

Using a blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, garlic, orégano, thyme, parsley, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar and pepper to taste. Blend until creamy and smooth. A serving of 2 tablespoons contains 36 calories and 1gram of fat.
